  • You can be in your own space. This can help to engender a good feeling about your own environment. The more you associate your own place with healthier living the easier it will be to get out of bad habits. 
  • Virtual training also saves you money.
  • Additionally, with online training, it is easy to involve family and friends in the activities. Training is always easier when you are having fun. Getting fit with other people is a great way to stay motivated and enjoy yourself. 

Knowing this it is up to you to decide which type of training you prefer. There are pros and cons to both so it is largely down to personal preference.
