Why with a female personal trainer it is always a win/win

My name is Justina Triasovaite and I am a female personal trainer London based dedicated to helping people get fit!

I am an experienced and dedicated professional and have helped many achieve their goals.

There are many people that feel more comfortable with a lady/female personal trainer, and there are many reasons for this.

For example, I'm often faced with these types of comments:

"I'd rather train with female personal trainers than males"

Why is it that most women prefer to train with another woman? Do you think it is because of stereotypes? Is it to do with the feminist movement or is it just plain comfort?

Let me give you some examples from personal experience.

People need to be sure that trainer actually cares. That's why I always invite all new clients to a free consultation which can take up 1 hour. And this first hour is the most important hour because it is when the connection is established.

My consultation usually starts with: how can I help you? The answer is usually: I want to get fit. This is too general...

It takes about half an hour for the person to tell me EXACTLY what they would like to achieve.

We both will agree what type of assessment we will go with (i.e. callapis, segmental body assessment, measuring tape, picture or DNA testing, etc. It's all up to you).

FIRST TRAINING SESSION:

Enjoy it, it will be the easiest session ever! I will use this session to test your physical abilities and also to check posture and balance.

Activities will include: different types of moments and motions like rotating, lunging, pushing and pulling.

What happens depends on your goals.
