Prices for my online training services are £35 per session. The prices will also depend on your schedule times and frequency of training. The first programme is priced at £150 and then £75 every 6 weeks. 

It is up to you and me how much we do in those sessions. Everyone is different. Clients demand different things from themselves and have different goals.

Online Personal Training Packages

Which training package should you go for? I offer a variety of training programs that can be catered to your goals and your current level of fitness. 

It is important to understand which package will allow you to get the most out of your time with me.

So, let’s have a look at the online personal training packages. 

Package 1 

Virtual Training + Face to Face Training 

This has consistently been my most popular package. It also happens to be my favourite. 

Usually, the client will do one or two face to face sessions and one virtual session. This allows for some flexibility and also enables me to put together a structured fitness plan for you. 

This package is most suitable for people who may have an intensive schedule but still like to see me in person for a face to face training. 

When you can train online and in person fitness becomes part of your life. Package 1 can help you get into a healthy routine that will serve you well whatever your fitness goals are. 

Package 2

4 Face to Face Training Sessions before Virtual Training 

This package is suitable for people just starting out. If you are a beginner face to face sessions are an important part of your fitness journey.  

With the 4 first face to face sessions, I can explain the technique and help with posture. This precision is best achieved through face to face sessions. I can also explain how to use the equipment and properly engage muscles. 

After we have done 4 face to face training sessions and have cemented a good routine we can move on to virtual training. 

Package 3 

4 Virtual Training Sessions Continued With Distance Training

This package is most suitable for people who prefer to exercise by themselves. A fitness regime can be a very private journey which is why I made sure that I offer a package that suits people who like to train alone. 

The first 4 virtual sessions will help me understand what your current fitness level is. These sessions will also allow me to determine which training technique suits your body and goals. 

This is how distance training works:

I will create a Google Document which I can then share with you. Then you will have 2 or 3 weekly workouts, which I can then update according to your comments.

Also, choosing combined training approach will allow you to keep a nice training balance while still having lots of freedom.


5. Definitely consider these things before choosing online training coach:

  • Before and after pictures and client testimonials. How else will you know what your trainer is capable of when transforming other peoples’ bodies? Ask to provide several examples of his / her previous work.
  • Website and social media accounts. Check if the trainer has a website and professional page on social media. Be aware of selfie gurus – they might look good, but their beautiful selfie won’t change your body. Check out what information they are translating through their online presence. Look for the articles and other material that shows their knowledge.
  • Liability insurance. Find out if your personal trainer is covered by liability insurance. In case something goes wrong – you will be covered too.
  • Education and qualifications.Make sure that your trainer is qualified to do his job – a professional will be able to answer all questions regarding this topic.
  • One to one consultation. Having face to face discussion with your personal trainer can be extremely beneficial for your future results! Simply said, you have to be self motivated if you want your online training sessions to be as effective as regular training. Also, technique and tempo play a huge role in this process. The most important criteria that can guarantee successful online personal training is knowing what you are doing. If you don’t know it yet, that’s fine – reach out to a professional for some advice. Also, book a personal training session where your trainer will explain everything you need to know about exercise.

To sum up, in exercise, as in most cases in life, knowledge is extremely important.
