In this article we ask Justina the advantages of training in London Bridge.
Why should people consider you as their best personal trainer in London Bridge?
I am the best lady personal trainer for you in London Bridge if you are looking for:
What is it so special about London Bridge and why one should consider training here?
London Bridge area is located on the South Coast of the River Thames. This area is full of restaurants – the famous Shard restaurant is located just outside the London Bridge tube station.
The majority of people living in London Bridge area are posh, middle class or council estates which makes training demands very versatile in this area.
Why would I suggest to train here? First of all, it is very easy to get to London Bridge from almost any part of London. Second – there are a lot of extraordinary outdoor training places in London Bridge area where you can spend time with your personal trainer.
What places, according to you, are the best training spots in London Bridge?
Although London Bridge area is super busy with tourists and office workers almost all the time, there are a lot of nice places to train. I would highly recommend Queen’s Walk (located between London Bridge and Tower Bridge).
Choosing this place to train, you will enrich you training session with a magnificent view, fresh Thames River breeze and get inspiration needed to achieve your daily goals.
This place is perfect for jogging, sprinting, fast walking or training for obstacle course. Little grass areas you will find along the Queen’s Walk are perfect for weight exercises.
What is your favourite workout routine along the Thames River?
I love this fat burning workout routine:
This fat burning workout is suitable for group training too, which is very popular in London Bridge area.
What are the other options for training outdoors in London Bridge?
I would suggest training in smaller parks – Potters Fields Park is located just behind the City Hall and is perfect for training (little boot camps or quick boxing sessions).
Shad Thames is another perfect training place, where you can enjoy long pedestrian walks and have your training sessions with a personal trainer.
What if it rains?
Don’t worry, as an experienced personal trainer, I know some pretty nice training spots in South Bank where you can train and have a roof above your head. But these are my secret spots.
Are there any outdoor gyms in London Bridge area that you would recommend?
Unfortunately, I don’t know any outdoor gyms in London Bridge, but there is Southwark Park in Bermondsey (a massive park great for exercising that has an outdoor gym).
Also, there are some great outdoor gyms in Burgess Park (Elephant and Castle area) where you can have your workout sessions. I have all London covered.
Are there any indoor training spaces that you would recommend?
Most of the offices in London Bridge have gyms in their basements. Maybe your office has one too? Also, some clients enjoy training at home – we can create a perfect training space for you right in your living room!
