I am a personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. My qualifications include: REPS qualified level 3 diploma in personal training: Strength and Conditioning Coach, TRX, Kettlebells, Circuit training, Boot Camp, IN/OUT Door Training, Cycling, Supple Strength, HIIT.
IN PERSON SESSIONS
I am a personal trainer who is available for in person sessions. I will travel to your location, and we can work together in the park or at my studio.
ONLINE SESSIONS
Online fitness sessions can be convenient for many, for example if you live far or in a different city and still want to train with me. It's also a great time saver because you don't need to get to a specific location. I'm a great fit because of my experience with video consultations and virtual coaching services.
