Which training package should you go for? I offer a variety of training programs that can be catered to your goals and your current level of fitness.
It is important to understand which package will allow you to get the most out of your time with me.
So, let's have a look at the online personal training packages.
This has consistently been my most popular package. It also happens to be my favourite.
Usually, the client will do one or two face to face sessions and one virtual session. This allows for some flexibility and also enables me to put together a structured fitness plan for you.
This package is most suitable for people who may have an intensive schedule but still like to see me in person for a face to face training.
When you can train online and in person fitness becomes part of your life. Package 1 can help you get into a healthy routine that will serve you well whatever your fitness goals are.
This package is suitable for people just starting out. If you are a beginner face to face sessions are an important part of your fitness journey.
With the 4 first face to face sessions, I can explain the technique and help with posture. This precision is best achieved through face to face sessions. I can also explain how to use the equipment and properly engage muscles.
After we have done 4 face to face training sessions and have cemented a good routine we can move on to virtual training.
This package is most suitable for people who prefer to exercise by themselves. A fitness regime can be a very private journey which is why I made sure that I offer a package that suits people who like to train alone.
The first 4 virtual sessions will help me understand what your current fitness level is. These sessions will also allow me to determine which training technique suits your body and goals.
This is how distance training works:
I will create a Google Document which I can then share with you. Then you will have 2 or 3 weekly workouts, which I can then update according to your comments.
Now you know the packages on offer it is time to choose. To be successful you will want to have some goals in mind from the very beginning.
I have been training for many years so I know that finding a fitness plan that suits your goals and body is the best way to get fit quickly.
Obviously online personal training presents it’s own challenges. But I know from my own experience that online sessions can be extremely valuable especially for people that like to train in private.
