Losing weight will require some sacrifices. Thankfully, as an experienced personal trainer I am more than happy to give you some guidance!

1. Make These Changes to Lose a Pound This Week

  1. Reduce your sugar intake by half.
  2. Increase your water intake to a minimum of 2 litres a day.
  3. Swap sugary drinks with water.
  4. Ditch unhealthy snacks like crisps, sweets and chocolate.
  5. Reduce your intake of unhealthy alcoholic beverages. Replace pints of beer with pints of water for a week.

2. Become More Productive

Start your day with some form of physical activity. It doesn’t have to be complicated or particularly strenuous. A half an hour jog, a quick yoga session or a swim in the morning can dramatically change your health and fitness throughout the week.

Having a positive attitude towards exercise and productivity is the first step to losing weight and becoming fit. It is important to incorporate physical activity into every day of the week.
