With over a decade of experience — and the last seven years focused on hormonal health — I guide women of all ages to feel stronger, calmer, and more confident in their skin.

Why I Started

My Story

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 13 years and like many women, my own journey started with trying to “do everything right.”

I trained hard, ate clean, and followed all the rules but my energy, mood, and results didn’t always match the effort.

That’s when I realised there’s more to women’s fitness than calories and workouts.

Our hormones, stress, sleep, and lifestyle change everything and when we understand them, results come naturally.

Over the last seven years, I’ve specialised in helping women balance their hormones, train smarter, and find a way of living that feels good every day.

Whether it’s PCOS, perimenopause, or simply wanting to feel strong again — I’ve learned that the best transformations come from clarity, compassion, and consistency.

My coaching is personal, honest, and supportive.

I meet every woman exactly where she is whether she’s rebuilding after stress, managing hormonal symptoms, or simply wanting to feel strong and confident again.

There’s no pressure, no guilt, and no “perfect plan.”

I believe in education as much as motivation. You can train with me in person (London-based), online, or virtually whichever fits your schedule and comfort best. Each option offers the same level of guidance, accountability, and care.

With over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry and more than seven years dedicated to women’s hormonal health I bring both expertise and genuine care to every client I work with.

My background includes advanced qualifications in personal training, women’s health, nutrition, and functional fitness and I continue to attend workshops and training courses regularly to stay current with the latest research in hormonal health, exercise science, and female physiology.

What truly sets my coaching apart is how deeply I get to know each client.
