Find below frequently asked questions when it comes to PCOS and exercising.
Which equipment do I need?
You don't need any particular gym equipment but I would recommend having a selection of 2 x 0.5 litre water bottles and 2 x 1.5 water litre bottles. Also a chair where you can sit or sofa (somewhere were you can lean on). A yoga matt or non-slippery floor is also needed.
How much space is required for me to follow the exercises?
You have to be able to extend your arms fully, and you have to make sure you can lie down comfortably. That's all the space you need.
How often do I need to do the workouts?
I recommend between 2-3 workouts a week.
When should I move on to the next video?
You should move on to the next video as soon as you feel in your comfort zone with your current one.
Is there a timeframe for finishing the programme?
There is no timeframe. You can complete the programme in your own time. I suggest following the videos 2-3 times a week.
I have never exercised before. Is this for me?
Yes! You are the perfect candidate for this programme! You will see from the first video that they are incredibly easy to follow and that you will be able to comfortably go at your own pace.
How exactly will the programme help me with my PCOS?
Your symptoms will decrease over time, your body will experience some changes, and your mindset and your approach to exercising will also change. People who follow my programme experience an overall improvement in their health, body and mind.
I haven't been diagnosed with PCOS by a doctor but I seem to have all or some of the PCOS symptoms. Can the programme still help?
Yes, it will. This programme is suitable for you no matter if you have been diagnosed or not with PCOS or if you have/don't have a cyst in your ovary.
How do I know the programme will work?
If you follow the videos you will experience beneficial changes and your symptoms should be decreasing. If you have followed all the videos and still find that there hasn't been any changes there is a 100% money back guarantee.
I have time to follow the workouts daily, if I do this, will it improve my symptoms quicker?
PCOS is a hormonal disorder. Putting too much stress on your body can actually have the opposite effect. You can follow my videos every day if you feel that's not too much for you, but my advice is to stick to 2-3 times a week (you can do vigorous waking 15 to 30 minutes a day if you wish to increase your daily physical activity).
What if I can only work out once a week instead of the recommended 2-3 times a week?
Working out once a week is better than nothing. Try to add vigorous walking to your daily routine. You will still experience beneficial changes to your symptoms over time if you can follow my videos once a week.
