Having been a regular gym member for almost 10 years, I decided that in order to see some results, I needed to change my routine. Justina had been recommended through two work colleagues so I decided to take the step, and haven’t looked back! Justina was able to plan sessions around my goals and mix up our workouts so they were different each week. She was able to show me that lifting weights doesn’t mean that you’re just going to bulk up!
Within a couple of weeks I was not only seeing physical changes but I was so much more confident in myself which was reflected in all aspects of my life; I was more motivated at work and had more confidence when buying new clothes!
I now have a much healthier lifestyle that I am able to maintain using everything that Justina has taught me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering getting a personal trainer whether you are a regular gym user or new to the idea of exercise.
