Prior to meeting and beginning training with Justina I was going to the gym 3 times a week but only doing cardio work and swimming but I had no focus other than I wanted to lose some weight. I had been approached by numerous trainers in the gym, all male, who wanted to train me in order to bulk me up. They felt that that was the most appropriate form for a person such as myself.  They didn’t discuss what I wanted out of training, which is the first thing Justina asked when we met.
 
Training with Justina has been an absolute pleasure. When I first started training I was looking to lose weight and that has been achieved at great cost to my wallet and wardrobe. Over the numerous months I have trained with Justina, I have lost weight, gained muscle tone and strength, and enhance my confidence. Even though I did a sports science degree I have learnt so much from training now  that I feel I could write my own programs
 
However, although I have achieved the goals I set myself initially I realise that I can set even better goals for 2015 and have kept the help and encouragement offered by Justina  to try to achieve these. This is because the concepts of training are constantly changing and having a trainer who can keep you aware and up to date on these is very important so you training regime does not become stale.
